General Terms and Conditions of KulturKraftwerk e.V.
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
“Consumer” means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activities (§ 13 German Civil Code).
§2 Conclusion of contract, storage of contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our online shop https://kulturkraftwerk-ev.de .
(2) In the event of a contract conclusion, the contract is concluded with

is concluded.
Formation of the purchase contract:
1) Selection of the desired goods (tickets) and quantity
2) Confirmation by clicking the “GET TICKETS” button
3) Entry of the person liable for payment (first and last name and e-mail address) and the ticket users (first and last name)
4) Clicking the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button
5) Review of the shopping cart and, if applicable, use of voucher codes
6) Payment via the “PayPal” button or the “Continue to payment” button
7) Option 1: Payment processing via PayPal (external payment service provider)
8) Option 2: Payment processing via WooCommerce with card payment
9) Binding submission of the order by clicking the “ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY” button
The consumer can return to the page where the customer’s details are entered before the binding submission of the order by using the “Back” button in their web browser to check and correct input errors, or can cancel the ordering process by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”). With this e-mail we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view the GTC at any time at https://kulturkraftwerk-ev.de/allgemeine-geschaeftbedingungen/. For security reasons, your order data are no longer accessible via the Internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, maturity
(1) The prices shown include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.
(2) The consumer has the following payment options:
PayPal, credit card (Visa), bank transfer
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately.
Delivery will take place at the latest within 10 working days.
The period for delivery begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank commissioned with the transfer, and in all other cases on the day after conclusion of the contract.
If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item does not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to them, even in the case of shipment.
§5 Retention of title We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activities:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you have requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal relative to the total scope of services specified in the contract.
